Following this, should you wish to have the business case for your company created, we will perform the following actions:

• With our electricity measuring equipment we will determine the actual power consumption in idle state of computers within your company.
• We will spend two half-days  setting-up and processing the data.
• We will supply a list of computers that are still powered on during non-business hours and ask for your feedback, so that we know which of the computers should always stay on.
  We will deliver a report which you can compare to your company’s actual power rates to see the possible savings if you were to implement Green Office.
• Finally, we will provide you with a no obligation quotation for implementing Green Office.

Once we have agreed that the cost-savings would be of benefit to your business, we can work together to implement Green Office.  There is NO OBLIGATION to go ahead with the software after we have provided the business case.
